NU Online News Service, July 12, 12:23 p.m. – HealthAxis Inc., Dallas, a company that sells tools for developing insurance sales Web sites, says its stock will be moving to the Nasdaq SmallCap Market listings from the Nasdaq National Market listings July 16.

Shares will continue to trade under the symbol HAXS.

Nasdaq notified HealthAxis in April that it would be removing the company’s stock from the National Market listings because the price of the shares had been less than $1 for 30 consecutive days. Since then, shares have continued to sell for less $1 per share. The price closed at 45 cents July on Thursday.
