ClarkBardes Shares Moving To New York Stock Exchange

NU Online News Service, Feb. 15, 10:54 a.m. – Clark/Bardes Inc., North Barrington, Ill., a compensation and benefits consulting firm, is transferring its stock listing to the New York Stock Exchange, from the Nasdaq Stock Market, March 7.

Clark/Bardes officers and directors plan to celebrate that day by ringing the NYSE opening bell, the company says.

The company’s shares have been trading on Nasdaq since the company held its initial public offering August 1998.

The company was founded in 1967.
