EMoney Advisor says it has enhanced its Premium Client Portal, expanding branding capabilities that help advisory firms customize the client experience for investors.

The update gives advisors "greater control" over how their brand is presented throughout the client experience, according to the firm. Advisory firms, for instance, can now tailor themes, colors and mobile app icon design.

"Advisors want every part of the client experience to reflect their firm," said Chad Porche, senior vice president of product at eMoney. "These enhancements allow firms to make the portal their own and place their brands in their clients' pockets, while keeping them connected to their financial plans through a seamless mobile experience."

The branding updates include features such as "Plan Explorer," which let clients model scenarios, adjust goals and test financial decisions within their advisor's planning framework, while giving advisors clearer visibility into client priorities, the company explained.

"Paired with personalized homepages and a mobile app that includes biometric login and push notifications, clients remain connected to their financial plans, fostering deeper financial understanding and more collaborative planning with their advisor," eMoney said.

More than 1,600 firms have adopted the Premium Client Portal since eMoney launched it a year ago.

"Rather than viewing static information, clients are actively interacting with their financial plans by testing scenarios, adjusting goals, and engaging with advisors between meetings," the fintech firm said.

More than 138,000 financial professionals use the eMoney platform to serve over 7 million U.S. households.
