Havens are turning hellish for tax avoiders

Big foreign banks are starting to feel the pinch of a post-recession, emboldened federal government that wants to identify Americans that are hiding money from the IRS. The days of turning a blind eye to the practice seem to be dwindling and the banks that are hiding your money may be turning your name over to the government as they shutter at the thought of not being able to do business with large, American banks.
