Integrity Marketing has about 1,000 employees, relationships with about 250,000 agents, and about $2.5 billion in annual premium production.

Family First Life Southeast distributes life, annuity, final expense and mortgage insurance products from carriers such as Global Atlantic, Americo, AIG, Transamerica, Foresters Financial, John Hancock, Mutual of Omaha, Royal Neighbors of America, and Athene.

The company hopes to produce about $70 million in annualized paid premium this year and to work with about 35,000 consumers.

The companies are not saying how much Integrity Marketing paid for the agency.

Mike Killimett, the president of Family First Life Southeast, will get a stake in Integrity Marketing, Integrity Marketing says.
