2020

We've now started turning our 2019 events calendar into a 2020 events calendar.

Have we left your in-person, 2020 event off the list?

If so, please send the date, name, sponsor, and location of the event to Allison Bell, at [email protected].

We'll give preference to:

  • In-person events sponsored by national, regional or state-level U.S. industry groups that are open either to the general public or to a nonprofit group's general membership.
  • The three most interesting entries on an organization's event list, based on what interests us.
  • Events organized by nonprofit industry organizations, and to similar, for-profit organizations that perform a role similar to the role performed by nonprofit organizations.
  • Events organized by non-U.S. organizations that would be of interest to members of the U.S. life, health and annuity communities.

Time permitting, we'll consider including a limited number of free, web-based events concerning legislative and regulatory topics.

We generally will not include entries for events organized by for-profit training organizations or competing financial services news organizations.

We may include some entries for events that violate these rules, such as closed door meetings organized by federal regulatory agencies, or fourth or fifth events organized by industry groups, if they seem interesting.
