Integrity Marketing LLC has acquired Great American Legacy Inc. of Lisbon, Iowa.

Integrity Marketing is a Dallas-based senior products distributor that has bought about two dozen other distributors over the past three years.

Great American Legacy is an insurance marketing organization that has been selling Medicare plans, long-term care insurance, life insurance and annuities through a network of about 50 career agents.

Integrity Marketing says it has now has relationships with about 230,000 agents and will help carriers generate about $2 billion in new annualized premiums this year. The firm and its agents have relationships with 4 million clients.

Jason Waters, the owner of Great American Legacy, spent six years at Bankers Life and Casualty. He started Great American Legacy, as a stand-alone career agency, in 2007.

The firm has handled sales in six states for American Senior Benefits, an Olathe, Kansas-based distributor that Integrity Marketing acquired in July.

Integrity Marketing is not saying how much it’s paying for Great American Legacy, but it says Waters is getting a stake in Integrity Marketing.
