Integrity Marketing to Acquire Little Rock-Based IMO

Integrity Marketing Group LLC says it has agreed to acquire Drennan Insurance Marketing Inc. of Little Rock, Arkansas.

Integrity Marketing is a Dallas-based senior products distributor that has acquired more than 20 other distributors since 2016. It recently raised cash from an investment firm, Harvest Partners.

Integrity Marketing is not saying how much it’s paying for Drennan Insurance, but it says the Drennan family will get a stake in Integrity Marketing.

Drennan Insurance is an insurance marketing organization (IMO) that was founded in 1981.

It now offers a wide range of non-variable life insurance products, Medicare Advantage plans, Medicare supplement insurance policies, long-term care insurance, disability insurance, supplemental health insurance, and non-securities annuities.

Larry Drennan, the firm’s president, and Bill Drennan, vice president of sales, said in statements about the deal that they expect it to be good both for agents and for employees.
