AXA Financial Inc. has hired John Kirksey to be chief diversity officer.[@@]
AXA Financial, New York, an affiliate of AXA S.A., Paris, says Kirksey also will hold the title of senior vice president.
Kirksey has been a private diversity and workforce change consultant since 2003. Before that, he was chief diversity officer at the Marsh & McLennan Companies Inc., New York.
Kirksey has a master’s degree from Governors State University in University Park, Ill., and an advanced management degree from Columbia University.
Kirksey serves on the board of Cornell University’s School of Industrial and Labor Relations.
