Massachusetts Mutual Life Insurance Company has given about $598,000 to nonprofit groups to amplify its sales representatives' charitable efforts.
MassMutual, Springfield, Mass., says it has donated $518,019 to about 600 nonprofit groups through a matching group program.
MassMutual also has given 8 $10,000 grants to support nonprofit groups where members of the company sales force work as volunteers.
