2. Colorado Proposition 122: Access to Natural Psychedelic Substances

Text of Legislative Bill

This bill would allow the supervised use of psychedelic mushrooms by individuals ages 21 and older, and it would decriminalize personal possession and use of psilocybin, psilocin, dimethyltryptamine, ibogaine and mescaline.



A new, 15-member state board would oversee implementation. Board members could include people with health insurance experience.



The board would consider whether natural medicine and associated services should be covered by insurance programs as interventions for conditions such as anxiety and alcoholism, but no insurer would be required to cover natural medicine.

3. Oregon Measure 111: State Must Ensure Affordable Healthcare Access

Voters' Guide

This measure would amend the Oregon state constitution to establish access to affordable health care as a fundamental right, with that right balanced against the need for the state to provide funding for schools and other essential services.
