Connectiv Holdings has teamed up with another company, Insurance Forums, to acquire the National Medicare Insurance Industry Conference series from the American Association for Medicare Supplement Insurance.

Connectiv is a New York-based event production company.

Insurance Forums is a Greenwood Village, Colorado-based online agent community manager.

The American Association for Medicare Supplement Insurance is a Westlake Village, California-based organization created by Jesse Slome.

Slome is the insurance marketing support services provider who set up the American Association for Long-Term Care Insurance.

He organized the association and annual conference series for participants in the Medicare supplement, or Medigap, insurance market in 2006.

The next national Medicare conference is set to start June 7 in Las Vegas.
