Zach Markham and Adam Brisolara will become managing partners at Integrity Marketing.
Integrity Marketing is a Dallas-based company that has used private equity money to make many deals. The company now has relationships with 420,000 agents. Those agents have 9 million clients, and they expect to sell clients products that will generate about $7 billion in new annual paid premiums.
