Carson Coaching now has an online option for advisors and firms seeking more practice management and other resources to growth their businesses.

The program builds on the one-on-one executive business coaching program started by Carson Group founder and CEO Ron Carson in 1993.

"I'm so proud of this next generation of Carson Coaching," Carson said in a statement. "Continuing education for advisors is so critical, especially as the financial services industry and really our entire world continue to shift and mold around us in new ways."

The Carson Coaching Online hub includes a resource library of more than 30 practice management and leadership courses, virtual events, access to executive business coaches and a community hub for networking. It was first rolled out last month to the existing 1,200-plus Carson Coaching clients and now is available to all advisors.

Partnership Program

The firm is often asked by advisors about CRM and other practice management and financial planning tools, according to Carson Coaching Managing Director Jamie Hopkins.

As a result, it decided to work with some technology and service providers on the hub, such as Riskalyze, IncomeConductor, FMG Suite, YCharts, AssetMap, Truelytics, Holistiplan and Redtail. There are no financial ties between Carson Coaching and these partners, Hopkins says.

Discount programs for Carson Coaching Online clients are available from several of these partner firms, as are some free benchmarking and other programs.

"These partnerships will help bring the best the industry has to offer to our coaching community and help our members achieve their goals faster," Hopkins said.

"The new platform represents a best-in-class solution for advisors that want to add practice management, technology, growth and leadership solutions to their practices."
