David Diehl, a two-time Super Bowl winner who played for the New York Giants from 2003 to 2013, is now part of RIA Altium Wealth Management.

The former NFL player and sports broadcaster will work with clients and help "assemble and integrate their financial team" around Altium's financial consulting process.

"In my playing career, I had the good fortune of being part of two championship teams," Diehl said in a statement. "When I met with Altium, they had all the characteristics of a championship team — vision, leadership, unity, purpose, structure, discipline and execution."

Diehl was a member of the Giants squads that defeated the New England Patriots in the championship games for the 2007 and 2011 NFL seasons. He also played for the University of Illinois.

According to its latest regulatory filing, Altium Wealth works with about $9 billion in assets owned by high-net-worth clients, college endowments, charitable organizations and individuals. It is based in Purchase, New York.

"David … has exhibited a passion and commitment often seen in people who achieve the highest level of success in their profession. Those character traits … [have] enabled him to have a seamless transition into the financial industry," according to Anthony DeStefano, managing director and co-founding partner of Altium Wealth.
