An annuity issuer has developed two new websites in an effort to encourage Americans to prepare for retirement income needs.

Global Atlantic Financial Group has added a site at GetIncomeReady.com to reach out to consumers, and a site at IncomeReady.com to reach out to financial professionals.

The consumer-oriented “Income Ready” site offers videos, sample stories, and a retirement income needs calculator.

The financial professional site provides a guide to responding to common consumer objections to annuities.

The financial professional site also offers users access to a live Alliance for Lifetime Income workshop on how financial advisors can help clients with retirement income needs.
