Integrity Marketing Group LLC says it has acquired Tidewater Management Group.
Integrity Marketing is a privately held, Dallas-based life and health products distributor that was founded in 2006. It says it now has relationships with about 140,000 independent agents, up from 100,000 in 2018.
Tidewater is a Raleigh, North Carolina-based insurance marketing organization (IMO) that distributes Medicare supplement insurance policies and Medicare Advantage plans in the Southeast. Like Integrity Marketing, it was founded in 2006.

Tidewater generated about $55 million in Medicare plan sales in 2018.
Tidewater says on its website that it offers personalized agent support, strong relationships with marketing organizations, a mobile quoting tool, webinars, quarterly face-to-face meetings, and incentive trips.
Integrity Marketing is not saying how much it is paying for Tidewater, but Todd Fincher, the founder of Tidewater, will become one of Integrity Marketing’s owners, Integrity Marketing says.
Tidewater will keep its brand, and its 25 employees will continue to work in the Raleigh headquarters, with Fincher serving as the manager, Integrity Marketing says.
