Senate Finance Chairman Max Baucus,D-Mont., and Sen. Orrin Hatch, R. Utah, are wiping clean the tax reform black board and listening to all proposals once again with the assumption that all special provisions are off the table. They need to come up with proposals to fix the “broken” and “bloated” system by July 26. President Obama wants to get tax reform completed by the end of his second term, will this put us on that path?
