United Retirement Plan Consultants Unveils Expansion Plans

United Retirement Plan Consultants, a Dublin, Ohio-based retirement plan design, consulting, administration and pension actuarial services firm, announced plans to increase its reach to provide better access to customized retirement plan solutions for businesses and their employees.

The newly privatized company, previously known as National Investment Managers Inc., plans to expand its market share in the qualified retirement plan industry.

John M. Davis, president and CEO, will guide a familiar management team for Stonehenge Partners Inc., the other half of the partnership that forms United Retirement Plan Consultants.

In a statement Davis said, “United Retirement is embarking on significant strategic initiatives that will change the landscape of the retirement plan marketplace for third party administrators.

“Clearly our industry has shifted to a retirement specialist model due to the complexity of the ever-changing regulations, especially with the increased focus on ERISA fiduciary standards for plan management and fee disclosure,” he added.
