W&S Financial names Butsko Senior Regional VP

Butsko previously served as a regional vice president for ING USFS Annuity Distribution. He has also held leadership positions at Nationwide Life Insurance Co., Core Funding Group and American General Finance. Butsko holds an M.B.A. and a bachelor’s in finance from the University of Toledo.
