In response to “How a phone script can get you in front of clients
Thanks for the article. If nothing is done there is much to criticize. If something is done there will still be those who criticize. Thanks for being in the “doing something” camp.
- Bob

This article is well done. Brief, to the point and a pattern of solution.
- John Heeckt

You don’t need a phone script when you receive a referral introduction. You’re not interrupting people, they know who you are and are willing to meet with you. You convert more than 50 percent of referral sales prospects to clients. There’s no better way to prospect.

In response to “Five tips on getting published
This article has some great points. No. 3 is especially important. If you plan to have a well-rounded content strategy–where you’re consistently publishing a blog, articles, maybe a newsletter–you need to learn to repurpose content. In other words, a blog post might be tweaked into an article for publication, get reprinted in your newsletter and maybe become a video tutorial you record and post on YouTube. This is where professional help comes in handy. I blog about this subject at www.MarketingContentWriter.com.

In response to “Four ways to give (and get) the most from your clients
Very good, excellent and great advice, yet, so simple!

In response to “Five tips to take your website from good to great
These five will give you a great site. Yet without fresh (and compliant) content your “great” site will turn stale. You want your site to get prospects interested in you. Your site must also be interesting to your clients so they’ll refer you to their friends. And come back for more timely (and timeless) information to help them plan for and enjoy their retirements.

In response to “Five keys to get referrals
That sounds too needy. There’s a better way of doing it.
- David Lometti

In response to “New study tracks usage of long term care insurance
The article says that The American Association for Long-Term Care Insurance has come out with a consumer guide, which offers new data on the duration of LTCI claims as well as other findings related to LTCI, and that the data come from a study conducted for the group by Milliman, Inc. However, there’s no name or link to the guide provided either in the article or on the AALTCI or Milliman websites. Do you have a link for this guide?
- Lou Franco

Editor’s note: Lou, a link is available on the AALTCI website:
