A company is marketing a new health coverage program for employers with as few as 25 employees.
Boloto Health Benefits Inc., Scottsdale, Ariz., a unit of the Boloto Group Inc., says it is working with a syndicate of Lloyd’s of London to offer insured, zero-deductible, zero-coinsurance, preferred provider organization health plans with an annual benefits maximum of $1 million per person.
The plans will offer an option for $25,000 in prescription drug benefits per person, with a $10 co-pay for generic drugs and $50 for brand-name drugs, Boloto says.
Plan managers will use technology and proprietary methods to hold the cost of coverage down, Boloto says.
