Tech Firm Acquires IIT

Skywire Software L.L.C. has bought Integrated Insurance Technologies Corp. from SelectQuote Insurance Services Inc.

Skywire, Frisco, Texas, is a company that develops software for large companies.

IIT, San Francisco, sells software and service products that help life insurers write new life insurance, long term care insurance and annuity business.

Skywire is not saying how much it paid SelectQuote, San Francisco, but the payment was made in cash, Skywire says.

Skywire notes that it also is continuing to plough ahead with efforts to acquire Docucorp International Inc., Dallas, a document management software and services firm.
