A company that runs a bulletin board trading system for in-force life insurance contracts is preparing to increase the transparency of its own operations.

Life Exchange Inc., Miami, says it has filed a Form 10-SB registration statement with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission and hopes to obtain a listing on the Over the Counter Bulletin Board system.

Life Exchange now sells its stock through the “Pink Sheets” system.

Once Life Exchange stock appears on the OTCBB, the company will have to file Form 10-KSB annual reports, Form 10-QSB quarterly reports and Form 8K unusual event reports with the SEC, Life Exchange says.
