Connecture Inc. has agreed to incorporate the Microsoft Dynamics CRM 3.0 customer relationship management system into its health insurance sales and underwriting systems.
Connecture, Atlanta, is a major developer of Web-based health coverage sales systems.
The Microsoft Dynamics CRM system, from Microsoft Corp., Redmond, Wash., can help companies manage communications with customers through call centers and other channels.
