The AFL-CIO Employer Purchasing Coalition has agreed to endorse preferred provider organization plan coverage from Aetna Inc.
The AEPC, Southfield, Mich., also has agreed to endorse claim administration services from Aetna, Hartford.

The AEPC is a non-profit corporation that helps 25 member organizations buy health coverage for members.
The participating organizations provide coverage for about 200,000 individuals, according to the AEPC.
