Old Mutual Financial network has renamed 2 major life insurance subsidiaries.
Old Mutual Financial, Atlanta, a unit of Old Mutual P.L.C., London, has changed the name of Fidelity and Guaranty Life Insurance Company, Baltimore, to OM Financial Life Insurance Company.
The old F&G New York affiliate, Fidelity and Guaranty Life Insurance Company of New York, is now OM Financial Life Insurance Company of New York.
Old Mutual changed the subsidiary names to reinforce the Old Mutual brand at all Old Mutual U.S. life insurance and annuity operations, the company says.
