The board of SBLI USA Mutual Life Insurance Company has elected Joseph Mancino chairman.
Mancino is the retired president of the Roslyn Savings Bank, Roslyn, N.Y. He has been the vice chairman of SBLI since 1999.
The SBLI USA board also has elected Evelyn Murphy vice chairman.
Murphy is the president of The WAGE Project Inc., Province, Mass., a group that fights wage discrimination against women.
Murphy is a past lieutenant governor of Massachusetts. She also has served as secretary of economic affairs and secretary of environmental affairs in Massachusetts.
