A software company has started selling a software package aimed at financial professionals who sell equity-indexed annuities.
Premium Producers Group L.L.C., Fullerton, Calif., says its new EIA Ratings Tools software can help producers compare up to 15 EIA contracts at a time, starting from any month in any 1 of 3 10-year periods.
The software draws on a pool of information of about 200 EIA contracts.
The performance statistics include the correlation coefficient, the beta and the standard deviation of each EIA crediting method as well as average rates of return, according to Premium Producers.
