Premium Producers Group L.L.C. has introduced a computer-based illustration program for financial professionals who sell equity-indexed annuities.[@@]
The new MCP Premium Software helps financial advisors compare EIAs with other products, according to PPG, Orange, Calif.
The software includes data for most EIAs on the market, shows how each EIA might perform under specific market conditions, and allows for Monte Carlo simulations, or statistical analyses of how EIAs might perform under a wide range of market conditions, PPG says.
The full version of software runs on a desktop computer with Windows XP or Windows 2000 and costs $995 for individuals. There also is a “lite” version available on the Web for $199.
