National Financial Partners Corp. says holders of restricted shares of its common stock will be selling 6.4 million shares to the public at a price of $41 per share.[@@]
The sellers include investment companies, the former owners of insurance agencies and other firms that NFP has acquired and some employees, according to NFP, New York.
NFP, a company that is using acquisitions to build a large, national financial services distribution network, says it will not receive any proceeds from the offering.
