Genworth Financial Inc., Richmond, Va., has announced the appointment of Roger Levy as senior vice president of government relations.[@@]

Levy will be stationed in Washington and oversee the company’s legislative affairs. Before joining Genworth, Levy served as director of the legislative financial services group at the law firm DLA Piper Rudnick Gray Cary.
