The company, BISYS Group Inc., says its general counsel, Kevin Dell, has left to “pursue other professional opportunities.”

Edward Forman, the company’s associate general counsel, will serve as acting general counsel until a permanent general counsel is named, BISYS says.

Forman has a bachelor’s degree from Yeshiva University and a law degree from Columbia University.
