LONDON (HedgeWorld.com)–International Asset Management hired Rebecca Donaldson as head of communications, a new position.
Ms. Donaldson will coordinate the London-based fund of funds manager’s efforts to educate and communicate with its clients, according to a statement from IAM.
Previously, Ms. Donaldson worked as global head of communications for UBS Global Asset Management in London.
“Rebecca is an ideal addition to the team as she has considerable experience and understanding of these features in the specific context of the fund of hedge fund industry,” Alan Djanogly, IAM founder and investment director, said in the statement.
IAM, which manages US$1.4 billion in assets, has been in expansion mode recently. The firm in October announced it would open a New York office out of which it would perform due diligence on North American hedge fund managers Previous HedgeWorld Story.
