NU Online News Service, June 4, 2003, 4:15 p.m. EDT – Financial Profiles Inc., Carlsbad, Calif., says it has bought StatiaFX Inc., Portland, Ore.
Financial Profiles sells financial-planning and portfolio-analysis software.
StatiaFX sells software that helps financial services companies capture, combine and store data from many different sources.
Charles Davidson, who was the chief executive officer of StatiaFX, is now the vice president of investment advice solutions at Financial Profiles, Financial Profiles says.
Financial Profiles is a unit of Allmerica Financial Corp., Worcester, Mass.
