Six hundred sales reps have attended Colonial College classes since the classes started Jan. 1, Colonial says.

The number of new sales reps who have met minimum sales production goals during the first quarter has increased 74% from the number who met the minimum goals during the first quarter of 2002, Colonial says.

The number of new and experienced sales reps who have risen into a new production tier has increased 50%, the company says.

Colonial uses 22 instructors to run the training program. The instructors offer the classes at Colonial’s headquarters and at 45 other training sites.
