NEW YORK (HedgeWorld.com)–Colm O’Shea joined Soros Fund Management as portfolio manager.
Mr. O’Shea was with Citibank for 10 years; most recently as a managing director fixed income, risk treasury. Mr. O’Shea has a strong track record in both trading and management, according to industry sources.
Mark Schwartz, who joined Soros Fund Management as president and chief executive last October, has been recruiting new people to rebuild the group. Jacob Goldfield, previously a senior partner at Goldman Sachs, recently took over as chief investment officer, replacing Robert Bishop. Previous HedgeWorld Story
