M Financial Hires Graves

NU Online News Service, Nov. 12, 8:45 a.m. – M Financial Group, Portland, Ore., has hired Andrew Graves to be vice president, business development.

Graves, who will help the agencies that belong to the financial services distribution group handle large cases and help its suppliers process new business, previously was chief operations officer for Capital Synergies Inc., McHenry, Ill., an insurance brokerage distribution company, where he was responsible for building a sales support center that served 40 sales offices. Graves also has been a manager at GE Financial Assurance, a unit of General Electric Company, Fairfield, Conn., and a nuclear submarine officer for the U.S. Navy.
