Oct. 11, 2002 — T.Rowe Price Group (TROW) has added four mutual funds to its lineup of offerings that are sold exclusively through financial intermediaries, increasing the group to 15.

Advisor class shares, which carry 0.25% marketing and distribution, or 12b-1 fees, were introduced for T Rowe Price Internatl Growth & Income Fund (TRIGX), T Rowe Price Mid-Cap Value Fund (TRMCX), T Rowe Price New Income Fund (PRCIX) and T Rowe Price Tx Fr Inc Tr Income Fund (PRTAX).

The fees compensate brokers, financial planners and other third parties who sell the funds. Baltimore-based T. Rowe Price debuted the Advisor series in March 2000.
