Prudential Mortgage Lends $29 Million

NU Online News Service, Oct. 2, 10:35 a.m. – Prudential Mortgage Capital Company, Atlanta, a subsidiary of Prudential Insurance Company of America, Newark, N.J., is doing its part to keep America buying and building homes.

The company says it has originated $12.1 million in loans through its conduit in the past two months.

Meanwhile, Prudential Huntoon Paige, Seattle, a Prudential Mortgage subsidiary, has originated a $17.2 million mortgage on behalf of the Federal Housing Administrationfor the Seattle Housing Authority.
