Stephen Craffen, senior vice president and financial advisor at Wealth Enhancement Group, helped the firm grow by 41% from 2022 to 2023, all from the acquisition of new clients or funds added by existing clients.

Craffen, an advocate for the fiduciary approach to financial advisory who rose to become national chair of the board at the National Association of Personal Financial Advisors, is an expert on asset allocation theory and portfolio management. He helped develop proprietary software to make portfolios more efficient using advanced mathematics.

Annualized returns on many portfolios are in the 7% to 9% range over the past few years with 40% to 60% of the volatility of the S&P 500.
