Highmark Inc. has come out with a new product for the holiday season.
Highmark, Pittsburgh, the parent of Highmark Blue Cross Blue Shield, will be selling the Healthcare Visa Gift Card, a prepaid gift card that can be used to pay co-payments at doctors' offices and other health care costs.
