Vertafore Inc. has acquired ImageRight, an insurance document management and workflow software vendor.
ImageRight will continue to operate in its current office in Conyers, Ga., according to Vertafore, a division of insurance software firm AMS Services Inc., Bothell, Wash. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Vertafore says it will retain all of ImageRight's 200 employees.
