Evergreen Re, a health reinsurance firm and medical risk brokerage firm, says it will help employers evaluate the success of their PBMs at controlling prescription costs while maintaining plan quality.
Employers with self-funded prescription plans can use the information to compare their prescription plans with those of other employers and negotiate with the PBMs at contract renewal time, Evergreen Re says.
