  • Trump accounts "do not create the kind of relationship with retail investors that Form CRS was designed to address," Robinhood told the SEC.
  • The relief "is limited to the period during which Robinhood serves as the sole broker-dealer and initial trustee for Trump accounts," the SEC said.
