Dental and Vision Insurance Provider Names CEO

Renaissance Life & Health Insurance Company of America has hired Diana Steinhoff to be its new CEO.

Renaissance is an Indianapolis-based company that provides dental, vision, life, disability and Medicare supplement insurance products.

It’s part of the same Okemos, Michigan-based nonprofit organization that runs the Delta Dental plans in Kentucky, Michigan, New Mexico, North Carolina and Tennessee.

Steinhoff previously was a senior vice president in the group dental and vision business at Aflac.

She has a bachelor’s degree in psychology and a master’s degree in mental health counseling from Nova Southeastern University.

In addition to working for Aflac, she has worked for Aetna and Zurich North America.
