Every year, Raymond James RIA & Custody Services takes the pulse of its RIA principals, looking for trends and changes in practice management, service and technology.
Raymond James conducted this year’s survey from Feb. 2 through April 5, receiving responses from 43% of the firm’s 351 RCS principals.
The survey found that RIAs are using more marketing strategies and tools this year than in the past. More than half leverage social media, have a marketing plan in place and developed a written vision for their RIA.
Business development and growth remains a top strategic priority among respondents, who also acknowledge that growing their RIA is their greatest daily challenge.
