With the S&P 500 index down nearly 23%, the Nasdaq off almost 31% and the Russell 2000 down some 26% year-to-date as of Friday, investors face both a roiling market and more attractive stock valuations.

Should they invest more now, and if so, what strategies should they consider? We asked financial advisors to share the advice they’re giving clients, and specifically whether they should buy now on the steep market declines. We received a large volume of responses.
