Resolutions are one thing, but implementing a plan to improve how your advisory business runs takes a bit more effort. In the past two pandemic years, advisors have had to adjust their business model to accommodate clients, which meant doing video calls and upgrading technology to help with these changes.

Although 2022 promises more of the same, at least early in the year, more personal changes may be made as well.
