Integrity Market Group LLC has acquired National Agents Alliance, a large protection life insurance distributor.
Integrity Marketing is a Dallas-based insurance distributor that has been growing rapidly through acquisitions. It now has relationships with about 270,000 agents and expects to generate about $3 billion in new life, health and annuity premium revenue this year.
The Alliance is a Burlington, North Carolina-based company that was founded in 2002. It has sold about $150 billion in protection life insurance to 1.5 million people, generating about $1.6 billion in life insurance premium revenue, or a little more than $1,000 in premiums per person.
The companies are not saying how much Integrity Marketing is paying for The Alliance, but Andy Albright, the chief executive officer of The Alliance, will get a stake in Integrity Marketing.
Albright will continue to run The Alliance, Integrity Marketing says.
